Steel Days Quilt Show
Peggy and committee will have sign ups for quilt show minders (baby sitters) to keep the quilts safe and undamaged.  Take a shift or two and we can share the work.  It's always fun to be there as a representative of New Friends and answer what  questions the public might have and see the excitement when someone recognizes a quilt with a ribbon.

July 9 4:30 pm
Helpers needed to take down the show and it's amazing how fast it goes when we have a lot of helpers.

June 7

The first meeting in June is our annual
Picnic in the Park
10 am in the pavilion between the library and the senior building.  Because it is sprinkler season you might want to bring a towel to help dry off the picnic tables...just a suggestion.

Don't forget your pot luck dish and show and tell.  Can't wait to see everyone

Thought some of you might be interested in this free pattern
It's a great traditional basket quilt
