Since the Spools block was a popular block in the voting for last fall's Quilter's Night Out the board chose this project for Workshop Day March 24.
Carollee will be teaching the block

All around the USA and the world quilters celebrated with fun activities and service that featured quiltmaking.
New Friends did both with our annual Celebration Service activity, this year featuring Eye Spy quilts.
Thanks to Carollee Howell for the photos. Thanks to the ladies who came and spent time creating the fun and cheerful quilt tops destined for House of Hope kids.

March First Meeting
We were entertained by some of the employees from The Quiltmaker Shop in American Fork who focused on group projects they have done over the years.
We all loved the variety of wonderful quilts, fabrics and colors they showed off
The bad thing was that a vicious snow storm hit just as many of us were leaving to attend the meeting but about 8 of us toughed it out and enjoyed the show.
Enjoy the pictures
